NYPO Enterprises Limited T/A The Food Trailer Co. warrants to the first registered owner, that NYPO Enterprises Limited T/A The Food Trailer Co. will replace, at its option, any genuine parts covered under this warranty which are found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term.
1. What is Not Warranted (Exclusions):
(a) Warranties are not valid on items purchased for the purpose of rental, loan or hire use.
(b) Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage, collision, or modifications to the trailer's original design. It also excludes wear and tear (such as wheel bearings, wheels, tyres, paint, rusted stainless steel, and door locks), neglect, or improper maintenance. The suspension, wheel nuts, and bearings must be inspected before each trip. Wheel bearings must be serviced by an authorised mechanic at intervals of no more than six months. For trailers subjected to extreme use, more frequent servicing of the wheel bearings may be required.
(c) Overloading or any installation of a product on chassis other than original factory installation.
(d) The Client's neglect to follow the instructions or guidelines given by Food Trailer Co. relating to installation, operation, repairs and regular maintenance.
(e) Damage or defects caused by accident, theft, fire, flood, vandalism, or an act of God
(f) Accidental damage, power surges, or damage due to incorrect power supply
(g) Defects caused by user negligence or failure to comply with the owner’s operator’s manuals.
(j) Misuse or abuse of equipment, including but not limited to use of equipment:
i. beyond stated or reasonable specifications or tolerances,
ii. contrary to the terms of the owner’s manual, or
iii. contrary to the equipment’s intended purposes.
2. Ownership of the food trailer cannot be transferred:
The warranty is only valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred or assigned. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership to a third party, the warranty is no longer applicable.
3. Warranty claims
(a) Warranty claims will require photographic and/or video evidence of the claim to clearly demonstrate the item requiring repairs to ensure your warranty claim is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
(b) Food Trailer Co. takes no responsibility for any losses of income, or losses from any other nature occurring while any food trailer warranty issue is being warranted and/or repaired.
